Call quality is not always great but I like the size and for the most part have been happy. I am currently frustrated in that I bought an audio cable so I could connect the phone in my car and hear calls through the radio speakers. It works great hearing the person on the other end of the line, but no one is able to hear me (as if I am not even on the phone). Once I remove the cable I can speak with them fine, but it pretty much defeats the purpose. Any suggestions? Am I missing a setting on the phone that would allow the two-way conversation? I'm 58 and thought I was losing my hearing. It often sounds as though people are trying to mimic Charlie Brown's teacher. Add to it the cutting out and it has driven me crazy saying, "What""Say again". I finally fessed up to my husband and he confirmed I'm not losing my hearing yet. We went to Verizon shop yesterday and they will be mailing my replacement. I'm glad to know your new one works well, because I too like this phone.
