About

This is an example of a WordPress page.  I could and should have edited this to put information about myself or my site a month ago so readers would know who I am and where I am coming from, but I hate “About” pages.  I never know what to say, how to introduce myself.  All I know is that I can create as many pages like this one or sub-pages as I like and manage all of my content inside of WordPress.  Isn’t that cool?!

But seriously, my name is Crystal, and this is my blog.  Crystal’s Blog is connected to my website crystal-miller.net.  It is a new website still in the brainstorm and construction stages that I started partially because I wanted a domain name like my real name, partially for fun, partially for something to keep me busy and out of trouble, and partially because I would at some point like to have an Internet business of my own.  In other words, it was something I did on a whim in the middle of the night one night when I couldn’t sleep!

In real life, I am a 48-year-old department supervisor for a major retail chain who enjoys her job and her life (most of the time) but has dreams that are bigger than both.  I am happily single, have been for the past 15 years, although recently I have been dreaming about and chasing a handsome, atypical, Malaysian male.  I enjoy reading, listening to music, visiting with good friends, singing in the shower, blogging, and other stuff that I can’t think of right now.
